• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or printed with the wrong design, we will gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
• Since all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect size, color choice, change of mind, or any other non-quality-related reasons.
• To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos and/or videos showing the issue as proof.
